Terms & Conditions of Sales: Production will start as soon as payment is made (please see "Payment" section below for details). Production time is usually 10 days, depending on the size of your order. Larger orders may take a bit longer. If you need your order faster, please let me know and I will try to accommodate your needs. Wrapper designs are emailed to you for verification. Please double check all spelling, grammar and punctuations for any errors, including possible typographical errors. Once the final design is approved by you, there can be no further changes and Custom Wrapz is not responsible for any errors. Adding your photo, artwork or logo: There is no extra charge for adding your photo, artwork or logo to your design. Please verify that you are allowed to use the artwork or photo you will be emailing Custom Wrapz. Custom Wrapz will not be held liable for any copyright or trademark infringements. Water Wrappers: Please visit my Water Wrapper Size page and verify the size before placing your order. You may want to cut a piece of paper to the measurements given to verify the size you order will cover your water bottle's label properly. No refunds on personalized items. Please double check spelling and punctuation for any errors. You have the final approval, Custom Wrapz is not responsible for any errors including typographical errors. Please check your design carefully. Colors of emailed sample designs may vary from what you see on your monitor to the finished product. This is due to difference monitors, settings, printers, etc. Payment needs to be made before production can be started. The usual payment method is through PayPal, a secure payment system. Payment through PayPal by credit card allows me to starts production right away. However, if payment is made through your personal checking account, starting your order may be delayed up to 10 days business while your payment to clears the bank. Production will not start until payment is cleared. I will also accept money order and cashier checks by mail and productions starts as soon as payment arrives. Payment with personal checks through the mail are also accepted, although your order will not start until your check clears the bank and that can take up to 10 days. There will be a minimum fee of $15 for all returned checks. |
